SYNOPSIS:
Alex and Virginia buy a floor plan on the outskirts of a big city, in search of lower prices. They pool their savings to pay the deposit, plus a mortgage over forty years. The house of their dreams: two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace ... and above all, what finally convinces Alex: a terrace - small, five square metres, but with wonderful views. Just a few months before the handover of the apartments, the building is still unfinished. Then, one fine day, the area is sealed and works stop. Neighbours form a protest lobby and file an official complaint about the builder. Alex meets Toño, another affected person, who works in construction and is sure that this is a ploy to get rid of them.
