SYNOPSIS:
The film follows the lives of four boys; their first loves, conflicts with their parents and the authorities from the age of 15 when they receive their IDs. A series of post-pubertal pranks is juxtaposed with the adult world as they deal with the totalitarian environment in their own way, sometimes with tragic consequences. Full of acerbic humour, ostalgie-filled charm and an appealing evocation of the music, subculture and lifestyle of the period, the film is aimed at those for whom the stifling nature of communism is difficult to comprehend.
