SYNOPSIS:
Marie and Valenti live in Paris with their two daughters, Emma and Agnes. Marie is French and works as a teacher in a kindergarten. Valenti, of Spanish origin, is an architect. Their life is like that of any middle class family in a big city. During a vacation in the Ebro Delta, Valenti and Emma are involved in a car accident. In that accident, Emma, the elder daughter, died. Valentí remains in a coma for several days. When he comes out of the coma, Valenti recalls all of his life except his daughter Emma. He does not remember anything about her, neither her birth, nor times spent together, nothing. It´s as if Emma never existed.
