SYNOPSIS:
With the advent of talkies in 1927, a group of young Spanish actors left for America to work on Spanish versions of the big productions, in the hope of becoming stars. With the emergence of dubbing, that idea for reaching all markets seemed very expensive and most of them, save artists such as Edgar Neville, Henry Jardiel Poncela or Imperio Argentina, who returned to
Spain, fell into oblivion. This documentary restores their memory.
